Interventional Clinics of America at Chicago was established in Febuary 2012 to bring cutting edge minimally invasive procedures to the residents of the Greater Chicago area without the trouble of going to a hospital. Our procedures are performed by Interventional physicians specialty trained in patient care and doing image guided minimally invasive procedures. Combining expertise in imaging technologies such as Xray, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound with clinical medicine, they are able to target the exact location of underlying disease in your body to effectively deliver treatments. Most treatments are administered through small needles or catheters so that you leave with no more than a tiny puncture wound or small incision, usually requiring a band-aid and allowing for a speedy recovery.
